The Ri-Tofu™ appliance makes soy milk and tofu and features 9 easy-to-clean parts of Aluminum, Stainless Steel, and durable non-metals designed to give years of trouble-free performance to the home user. The parts are easy to handle and assemble for the various steps of making soy milk, curding the soy protein, extracting whey, and pressing tofu.
The uniquely shaped pot with its insulating handles has the thickest bottom and wall of any on the market allowing high cooking heat for quick preparations without burning the soy milk. Its surface is stick-resistant Hardcoat Anodized which a scouring pad cannot harm and its 8 quart capacity will find many other cooking uses. It is now offered in conjunction with the filter for just soy milk making.
The superb quality filter is precision made of extra fine stainless steel wire cloth, to achieve the filtration equivalent of silk cloth for the best soy milk and silken tofu. Its unique pleated design makes filtering soy milk highly efficient. Available separately, it will fit any pot with an inside diameter of 9 inches (229mm), and comes with its own instructions.
